"Good app overall, just a bit slow sometimes"
I use the Macy’s app often, and to be fair, it’s usually really easy to find what I’m looking for. Checkout has been smooth for me, which I appreciate. The only thing is that some pages can load a little slowly now and then. Still, overall, I think it’s a good app and convenient to use

Getting into my Macy’s account was super easy. I don’t know, it just felt smooth and not like a hassle at all. The security check made sense and didn’t bug me, which I really appreciated. "They Actually Kept Me in the Loop"

I ordered this from Macy's and was really happy that the size chart was accurate. I went with my usual size and it fit pretty much exactly how I expected, without feeling too tight or awkward around the shoulders. "Good deal, but I was skeptical at first"
I found this jacket cheaper here than at other stores, which made me a little unsure at first. When something is priced that low, I start wondering what the catch is. "Easy return and quick refund"

"Recent sale made Macy’s feel totally worth it"
I just shopped at Macy’s during one of their recent sales, that’s probably why I’m feeling good about them right now. I grabbed a couple clothing items and some bedding for way less than I thought I’d pay, and the discounts all showed up correctly at checkout, which was a relief. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it wasn’t bad either. Based on this last order, I’ll definitely keep checking back whenever they’ve got a good sale going.

I had to swap my size, and to be fair, they handled it really quickly with no hassle. That part was great. I just wish they had acknowledged the inconvenience a bit more, an apology would’ve gone a long way

"Box was dented, but the item was fine"
I’ll admit, after I paid I started feeling a little unsure and kept wondering if everything would actually show up in good shape. The box did arrive with a dent on one side, which didn’t exactly help my confidence, but thankfully the item inside was totally fine. Not perfect packaging, but in the end there wasn’t any real issue

"Store pickup was easy"
I order a few things on macys.com and picked store pickup instead of shipping. The email saying it was ready came fast. When I went in, the pickup counter is easy to find, and the lady checked my ID and gave me the bag in like 2 minutes. Everything was right in the order. It was smooth and I would do it again.

“It's probably out of stock or they never had it to begin with, just a ploy to lure you to look at other things on the site, I don't trust them anymore and doubt I will ever order from Macy's again. I get stuck once and I have lost all my faith in them.”

“At this time there are NO customer service representatives to help anyone with anything SO, you will not be able to get any help or be able to speak with anyone at a Macy's store any where unless you were to go to the store in person.”
